She did it!!

She's done it people! Today Haley decided to crawl. She has now gotten to her toys, a dryer sheet, the remote & a computer cord! Let's hope we get baby-proofed soon. She also decided to eat baby food today. Apparently all that crawling has made her hungry!

... here is the pic of Aiden I was talking about

1st blog ever!

Ok....I'm going to try out this blog thing. I already have myspace & facebook so I'll try to keep this updated!

Let's see...We started Aiden in teeball this year. After 2 games we decided to take him out and try again later. He told me he wanted to stay home and play with worms in the backyard instead of playing teeball. What can I say - He's ALL boy! Notice, the busted lip in the picture. That's from him running down the hallway, slipping & falling into my bedroom doorframe. Awesome move! Aiden is going to be the ring bearer in Donald's (Joseph's friend) wedding next Saturday. I just hope nothing happens to his face between now and then!

Haley is all smiles & fixing to start crawling!! That is exciting but also not exciting at the same time. She gets up on all 4's & rocks. She is so proud of herself. The day she does start crawling I will be doomed. There are so many things that aren't baby proofed around here. Let me also mention that she is 8 months and still will not have anything to do with baby food or any food for that matter. So for now...still bottles only! I think she will be 2 before she is interested. Her face is highly insulted when I even attempt to feed her something. Oh well!

The embroidery business is starting to boom! We open our shop May 1st @ The Shops at Brownstone Village in Arlington. We are very excited about it, although that means we will be getting very busy. My parents just bought a new house. We actually have a sewing room now! Very exciting. Who would have thought in a million years I would be interested in that? Wierd how it all works out huh? I got some people together to start a coed softball team that plays on Friday nights. We are not good at all, but it's still fun. I play left-center, the position that seems to have to run the most. Needless to say it's good for me, but I feel like a 50 year old playing every week. Maybe we will win a game one of these days!
